I use the intersystems approach to counselling. Life is complex, messy, sticky, and murky which makes negative emotions uncomfortable…you don’t have to muck through it alone. I will help build space to allow those emotions to have path to travel on. Indeed, I have a great pair of muck boots and I would be privileged to have opportunity to transverse the sticky, messy, murky muck of the human experience with you.
