I am an Outreach Peer Support Worker at Fresh Start Recovery, I have been with the organization since September 2022. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Addictions Counselling and Mental Health.

I always wanted to help people in the earliest stages of recovery, as it is such a crucial time when support is so imperative. I absolutely love my position, and getting the opportunity to share my own story of recovery, and helping others find hope.

If I can help even 1 person find the freedom I have found, then my recovery - with all of its ups and downs - is a success.

In my spare time I love doing crafts, watching scary movies and attending concerts with my teenager, and playing disc golf and watching hockey with my fiancé.
