Sarah focuses on ensuring every team member has the tools, information and environment they need to succeed. She believes that when people are supported, they’re empowered to deliver the highest level of quality and service to TMC’s customers.

Like most small business owners, Sarah takes on a wide range of responsibilities. Her role includes accounting, data management, HR, ISO Quality System oversight, marketing, customer relations, and long-term planning.

She thrives in collaborative settings, leads through service, and is energized by new ideas.

In 2017, Sarah and her husband Kevin purchased The Machining Center from Kevin’s parents, Dick and Arlene Wolters, and have been leading a successful succession ever since.

Originally a farm girl from Corbyville, Ontario, Sarah values community, friendships, and family. She’s always ready to lend a hand and volunteers often. In her spare time, she can be found adventuring with their two sons often in nature or on the farm.
