Dawn grew up in Winona, on the edge of the Niagara region, & is excited to live in & serve this expanding community. Dawn has high attention to detail, extreme patience, & a keen understanding of the psychology of negotiation, along with an excellent track record of winning bids in competition. Her ability to be flexible to her clients’ needs is what sets her apart from others in the industry, & she started Simpson Real Estate Group with the goal of being able to embrace those needs on a larger scale. Dawn has degrees in Communication Studies & Women's Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University & she embraces inclusivity & diversity. She is heavily involved in her community, leading community groups, serving on the Parents’ Council of her children’s school, & volunteering at the famous Winona Peach Festival. Dawn proudly serves the greater Hamilton & Niagara regions.
