David Eclevia quickly found his calling as a top wedding and event industry expert during his five years as Lead Bartender of The Century — an Urban Chic Venue located in the heart of downtown Modesto, CA — which was recently named one of America’s 65 Highest Rated Wedding Venues. Before this, he bartended at Firenze Ristorante (Oakdale, CA’s best in fine dining) for seven years, and is very well known for his time behind the bar at staple dives such as Nino’s Place, The Running Iron, O’Brian’s Tavern, The Other Place & The Spinnaker. He was featured in the Modesto View Magazine for his infamous Industry Night dubbed “Mustache Monday” and even took home 1st place in the “Masters of Mixology” Cocktail Competition of E&J Gallo Winery’s very own Galletto’s Ristorante. David continues his bartending career as the Beverage Director of The Boardroom and mixologist for Moët Hennessy through Strategic Group and its ever growing luxury spirit & champagne portfolio.
