Phillip Arroyo is a Criminal Defense and Civil Rights trial attorney in Florida. He holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Florida A&M College of Law and is the Managing Partner and owner at The Arroyo Law Firm. 

During his 1st year of law school Mr. Arroyo was selected among thousands of applicants throughout the country, to serve in the prestigious 2012 White House Internship where he worked within the office of the Vice President of the United States analyzing domestic and economic issues in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Arroyo is a member of the Florida Bar’s Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, Vice President of the Puerto Rico Bar Association of Florida and remains an active contributing member of the Florida Bar and the legal profession in Florida. 

In July of 2022, Mr. Arroyo launched The Arroyo Law Firm and continues to represent hundreds of clients within Florida’s criminal justice system alongside his wife, attorney Josephine Arroyo Balzac.
