Starting at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., he evolved into President/CEO, and later joined BRIK Realty as the Qualifying Broker. In 2017, after moving to New Orleans, he founded Sil-loH Realty New Orleans. Juhmad is a Past President of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network, and serves on boards like New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and Louisiana REALTORS®.

A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., he has also mentored with Son of Saint and actively engages with the National Association of REALTORS®, NAIOP, and CCIM.

A graduate of multiple REALTOR® Leadership Academies, he's pursuing a Business Administration degree at Morehouse College and holds real estate licenses in Louisiana and Alabama.
