I am a Pastor and Strategic Christian leader with fifteen years of Pastoral Ministry experience who lives with his wife and two youngest sons in Sarasota, Florida. I lived and served as a church planter/senior pastor in the greater Pittsburgh, Pa. area after serving for twenty years as a career Paramedic and Flight Paramedic.

Currently, I serve as a Care Minister overseeing Groups, Prayer Teams and Care Mentors at Bayside Community Church-Lakewood Ranch as well as an Adjunct Professor at Bayside College. Additionally, I serve as a ministry consultant with The Malphurs Group as a Strategic Leadership Guide conducting church revitalization workshops to maximize church growth and health.
