I have been connected with Fresh Start Recovery since 2020 and have had the opportunity to engage in multiple roles while with the organization.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) with a major in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge as well as a diploma in Professional Addiction Studies through McMaster University. I am a Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor (CCAC) as well as a Medication-Assisted Treatment Specialist (MATS) through the Canadian Addictions Counsellors Certification Federation (CACCF).

Working in Addiction and Mental Health has ignited my passion for helping those in need through advocacy, skill development, and psychoeducation, to empower them to make sustainable changes in their lives.
