Giovanni has worked in the legal profession since 2014 and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s of science degree in legal studies, a certificate in public and professional writing and minor in business administration.  Prior to attending law school, Giovanni worked as a real estate paralegal for several years. Giovanni's primary practice now focuses on real estate litigation, probate and estate planning. Giovanni works primarily with real estate investors from across the state of Florida and handles specific performance of contract actions, partition actions, quiet title actions and complex probate matters. Giovanni has litigated cases from start to finish throughout the state of Florida, litigated multiple trials as first chair, successfully handled appellate matters, administered multi-million dollar estates and assisted professional athletes with their estate planning and asset protection.
