I. Nelson Rose is Professor Emeritus at Whittier College in California and a Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Macau. He’s an internationally known scholar, writer and public speaker and is recognized as one of the world's leading experts on the law of gambling. A Harvard Law school graduate, Prof. Rose created the first class in gaming law in 1983. Prof. Rose is co-author of Internet Gaming Law, Gaming Law: Cases and Materials, and Gaming Law in a Nutshell; and was co-editor in chief of the Gaming Law Review for 12 years. He is best known for his columns and landmark 1986 book: Gambling And The Law.
