Annette Downey is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate of Central Michigan University with her education focused on Psychology and Healthcare Administration.  Annette is the CEO of Community Living Services, Inc and is the lead trainer and consultant for the Center for Self-Determination.

Annette Downey is based in southeast Michigan, but works on national projects focused on Person-Centered Planning, Self-Determination, Real Life Quality Outcomes, and Community-Based Planning for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
